Advantages of cold-pressed hemp oil
The main advantage of hemp oil is the balanced ratio of unsaturated fatty acids omega 3 and 6, the content of phytosterol and chlorophyll.

The contained gamma-linolenic acid – GLA (1 to 4%), is 100% biologically usable and has a mutually supportive effect together with EPA and DHA in fish oil. Hemp oil is one of the most suitable additional sources of omega-3 of plant origin. Substances, vitamins and minerals contained in the oil help maintain healthy skin, cholesterol and blood glucose levels, harmonize body processes and thus support natural immunity.

Hemp oil has a delicate nutty taste and aroma.

Use in the kitchen
Hemp oil is not watery for frying, it is mainly suitable for cold cooking. It is also suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women, vegetarians and for gluten-free diets. Hemp oil is wonderful in cold cooking – for salads, pasta or just for bread.

Internal – one teaspoon per day, for example with food, before or after a meal. Children take 2 to 3 drops in yogurt. For constipation, 1 teaspoon on an empty stomach once a day. After chemotherapy, 1 tablespoon per day. Hemp oil can also be used externally – for skin or movement problems – it is applied directly to the affected areas.

Storage and shelf life
Hemp oil is stored in a cool and dark place at a temperature of max. 16 ° C.
After opening, it can be used internally for 3-5 months. Then it is more suitable for external use. Close the bottle tightly.
